Section 10225.501 - Definitions

The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Applicant." An individual who submits an application, which is being considered for employment, to a facility.

"State Police." The Pennsylvania State Police.
