Section 10210.701 - Regulations(a) General rule.--The department shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement this act. Regulations shall be developed in consultation with adults, their families and advocates and all other departments that are affected by this act.(b) Contracts.--The department shall not be required to contract with agencies to provide adult protective services until final regulations are published by the department in the Pennsylvania Bulletin or funding is appropriated by the General Assembly.2010, Oct. 7, P.L. 484, No. 70, §701, effective in 6 months [ 4/7/2011].
