Section 750.20 - Effective date

This act shall take effect January 1, 1968: Provided, That any local agency which shall enforce this act in a manner deemed satisfactory to the secretary shall receive reimbursement as provided in section 6 for expenses incurred after July 1, 1967: And provided further, That after July 1, 1967 the department is authorized to administer grants to any county, municipality or authority pursuant to section 6 .
