Section 7610 - Civil cause of action

Any person aggrieved by a violation of this act shall have a cause of action against the person who committed such violation and may recover compensatory damages. In the event of a violation of section 6 by a source patient's physician or an employee thereof, an aggrieved person may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
