Section 7110.302 - Powers of Environmental Quality Board(a) Powers and duties.--The Environmental Quality Board or its successor shall have the power and its duty shall be to adopt the rules and regulations of the department to accomplish the purposes and carry out the provisions of this act.(b) Review of department fee structure.--The Environmental Quality Board or its successor shall review every three years the fee structure as authorized by section 401 . 1984, July 10, P.L. 688, No. 147, § 302, effective in 15 days.
