Section 6700-801 - Date of application(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, hearing aid fitters subject to this act shall have a period of two years from the effective date hereof in which to comply with this act; and, no disciplinary action shall be taken against any such person for a period of two years from the effective date of this act.(b) Notwithstanding any other provisions of this act, dealers subject to this act shall have a period of one year from the effective date hereof in which to comply with this act; and, no disciplinary action shall be taken against any such person for a period of one year from the effective date of this act.1976, Nov. 24, P.L. 1182, No. 262, § 801, imd. effective.
