Section 5702.302 - ProhibitionIt shall be unlawful for any person to:
(1) Affix a tax stamp to a package or other container of cigarettes belonging to a tobacco product manufacturer or brand family that is not included in the directory.(2) Sell, offer, distribute or possess for sale in this Commonwealth cigarettes belonging to a tobacco product manufacturer or brand family that is not included in the directory.(3) Acquire, hold, own, possess, transport, import or cause to be imported cigarettes that the person knows or should know are intended for distribution or sale in this Commonwealth in violation of paragraph (1).2003, Dec. 30, P.L. 441, No. 64, § 302, effective 4/12/2004.
