Section 5702.2102 - Effective date

This act shall take effect as follows:

(1) Sections 302, 307, 308 and 309 shall take effect 15 days following the date of publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin of the notice required undersection 301(4) .

(2) The remainder of this act shall take effect immediately.
