Section 5209 - Prosecutions; penalty

The department has the authority to enforce this act. An enforcement action for violations of this act or the regulations thereunder is subject to the provisions of 2 Pa.C.S. (relating to administrative law and procedure). Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act shall pay a fine of not less than three hundred dollars ($300.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
