Section 450.807 - Records: fees for copies(a) Except as otherwise provided in this act, the Advisory Health Board shall prescribe the fees to be paid by applicants for copies of vital statistics records or parts thereof.(b) Federal, state and municipal agencies of government may obtain copies of records or certifications of data from records without payment of fees, provided that the department and the Commonwealth incur no expense in connection therewith.(c) No fee shall be charged for certified copies of records or parts thereof furnished members of the armed forces of the United States and their dependents during their term of active service and after their death in service or honorable discharge therefrom.1953, June 29, P.L. 304, art.
