Section 449.19 - Sunset

This act shall expire June 30, 2014, unless reenacted prior to that date. By September 1, 2013, a written report by the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee evaluating the management, visibility, awareness and performance of the council shall be provided to the Public Health and Welfare Committee of the Senate and the Health and Human Services Committee of the House of Representatives. The report shall include a review of the council's procedures and policies, the availability and quality of data for completing reports, whether there is a more cost-efficient way of accomplishing the objectives of the council and the need for reauthorization of the council.
