Section 448.803 - Powers of the department of healthThe department of health shall have the power and its duty shall be:
(1) To promulgate, after consultation with the policy board, the rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes and provisions of this chapter; and(2) To assure that the provisions of this chapter and all rules and regulations promulgated under this chapter are enforced.1979, July 19, P.L. 130, No. 48, § 803, added 1980, July 12, P.L. 655, No. 136, § 7, imd. effective.
