Section 448.804-B - Oversight.(a)Oversight by department.--The department shall provide oversight of temporary health care services agencies through complaint investigations and other actions necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the regulations promulgated under section 808-B.(b)Complaint process.--The department shall establish a system for reporting complaints against a temporary health care services agency or its employees.
