In addition to any other material which an Authority must file with the Department of Community Affairs according to the provisions of this act, it shall file with said department--
(a) A copy of any rules, regulations or resolutions, and amendments thereto, adopted by it from time to time.(b) At least once each year, a report of its activities for the preceding year, and such other reports as said department may require.1937, May 28, P.L. 955, § 24.
