Section 436 - Enforcement by department of public welfare

The Department of Public Welfare shall enforce the provisions of this act and shall withhold the payment of all money, or the unpaid balance thereof, appropriated or allotted to, and withhold the department's approval of any hospital failing to comply with the provisions of this act.
