Section 1092 - Effective date; act void if not accepted in 2 years

This act shall become effective immediately upon its final enactment, but if, within two years thereof, the government of the United States has taken no steps to acquire the lands hereinbefore referred to, or any part thereof, then this act shall become null and void.
