Section 667 - Acceptance of completed Federal works and improvements

The board shall have power to accept on behalf of the Commonwealth all Federal flood control works and improvements after the same have been completed, and to agree with the Federal Government to maintain and operate such works and improvements for the primary purpose of flood control.
