Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense, or imprisoned for not more than two months, or both, in the discretion of the court.
