Section 72 - Violations of act; penalty; enforcement of act

Any person or persons violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall pay a fine of fifty dollars for the first offense, and a fine of not less than one hundred dollars, nor more than two hundred dollars, for every subsequent offense; such fine or fines to be paid into the State Treasury, for the use of the Commonwealth. The Secretary of Agriculture shall, together with his deputies, agents, and assistants, be charged with the enforcement of this act.
