Section 132-13 - Penalties(a) Any person violating any of the provisions of this act or the rules and regulations issued thereunder, upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $300 for the first violation, and not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 for subsequent violations. In all prosecutions under this act involving the composition of a lot of agricultural liming materials, a certified copy of the official analysis signed by the secretary shall be accepted as prima facie evidence of the composition.(b) Public notice shall be made of violations resulting in convictions. 1978, March 17, P.L. 15, No. 9, § 13, imd. effective.
