Section 132-11 - Prohibited acts(a) No agricultural liming material shall be sold or offered for sale in this Commonwealth unless it complies with provisions of this act and the secretary's rules and regulations.(b) No agricultural liming material shall be sold or offered for sale in this Commonwealth which contains toxic materials in quantities injurious to plants or animals. 1978, March 17, P.L. 15, No. 9, § 11, imd. effective.
