Section 772 - Receipt and deposit of funds and proceeds; administration, expenditure and use

The Secretary of Public Assistance of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is hereby authorized to receive and to deposit the funds and proceeds of the said assets in the Treasury of the Commonwealth, earmarked for rural rehabilitation, and to administer, expend and use in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by payments made on the warrant of the Auditor General, upon requisition of the Secretary of Public Assistance, all or any part of the said funds and proceeds so received and the income therefrom, only for such of the rural rehabilitation purposes as were set forth in the charter of the former Pennsylvania Rural Rehabilitation Corporation, or for carrying out the purposes of Titles I and II of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, pursuant to the applicable provisions of Title IV thereof, as now or hereafter amended, as may from time to time be agreed upon by the Secretary of Public Assistance of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States, or any other proper Federal official, pursuant to the Rural Rehabilitation Corporation Trust Liquidation Act ( Public Law 499, 81st Congress).
