Section 2623 - Governor to appoint five trustees

When said home shall have been sufficiently advanced in construction to accommodate pupils, the governor shall appoint five persons as trustees thereof, one for one year, one for two years, one for three years, one for four years, and one for five years, and shall thereafter, at the expiration of the terms of such appointments respectively, appoint a trustee for the term of five years. Said trustees shall organize by the election of one of their number as president, one as secretary, and one as treasurer, and shall have charge of the management of said home and shall adopt such rules and regulations for its government as they may deem proper, and shall report on or before the first day of November of each year, to the auditor general, of the financial condition and management of said home.
