Section 12-1205.3 - Charter schools(a) Subject to subsection (b), an uncertified teacher or administrator who is employed full time by a charter school shall comply with the continuing professional education requirements of sections 1205.1 and 1205.2(a) through (c) to maintain employment in a charter school. The charter school shall maintain the records of an uncertified teacher or administrator who is employed full time by a charter school.(b) Beginning on the effective date of this subsection and notwithstanding any other provision of this section, the current continuing professional education compliance period of each uncertified teacher or administrator who is employed full time by a charter school shall be extended by one year. This subsection shall expire one year from its effective date.Amended by P.L.
