The following words and phrases when used in this article shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Account." The School Environmental Repairs Program Restricted Account established under section 2602-L.
"Department." The Department of Education of the Commonwealth.
"Program." The School Environmental Repairs Program established under section 2603-L.
"School entity." A school district, area career and technical school, charter school or regional charter school.
