Section 17-1742-A - Assessment and evaluationThe department shall:
(1) Annually assess whether each cyber charter school is meeting the goals of its charter and is in compliance with the provisions of the charter and conduct a comprehensive review prior to granting a five-year renewal of the charter.(2) Annually review each cyber charter school's performance on the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment test, standardized tests and other performance indicators to ensure compliance with 22 Pa. Code Ch. 4 (relating to academic standards and assessment) or subsequent regulations promulgated to replace 22 Pa. Code Ch. 4.(3) Have ongoing access to all records, instructional materials and student and staff records of each cyber charter school and to every cyber charter school facility to ensure the cyber charter school is in compliance with its charter and this subdivision.1949, March 10, P.L. 30, No. 14, art.
