Section 15-1504-D - Annual reportThe department shall compile an annual report on the program for submission to the Governor, the chairmen of the Appropriations Committee and the Education Committee of the Senate and the chairmen of the Appropriations Committee and Education Committee of the House of Representatives. The report shall include:
(1) The number of eligible children served by Head Start as of December 23, 2003.(2) The number of eligible children served by the program during the 2005-2006 school year and each school year thereafter.(3) The number of extended day programs and the number of eligible children enrolled in extended day programs as of December 23, 2003.(4) The number of extended day programs and the number of eligible children enrolled in extended day programs during the 2005-2006 school year and each school year thereafter.(5) A summary of the types of activities funded under the program.1949, March 10, P.L. 30, No. 14, art.
