Section 15-1503-C - Education Support Services Grant application and approval(a) Application.--A prospective grant recipient shall apply annually to the department for a grant to purchase education support services for an eligible student from an approved provider in a time and manner prescribed by the department.(b) Required information.--An application submitted under this section shall include verification of the eligibility test results and such other information as the department may require.1949, March 10, P.L. 30, No. 14, art.
