Section 19-1917-B - DefinitionsFor the purposes of this article, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings, respectively, except in those instances where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
(1) "Board of trustees" shall mean the Board of Trustees of the Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.(2) "College" shall mean the Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.(3) "Secretary" shall mean the Secretary of Education of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or such person as the secretary may designate to act on behalf of the secretary with regard to any of the duties and prerogatives imposed by this act.(4) "State board" shall mean the State Board of Education.1949, March 10, P.L. 30, No. 14, art.
