Section 19-1914-B - Purchasing

For purposes of 62 Pa.C.S. (relating to procurement), the Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology shall be considered a "State-affiliated entity" as defined by 62 Pa.C.S. § 103 (relating to definitions).
