Section 19-1907-A - Students

Any resident of the Commonwealth may apply for admission to any community college established under this act. The State Board of Education may provide for the admission to community colleges of persons who are not residents of the Commonwealth, but no college shall admit such persons unless the admission is in accordance with the policies, standards, rules and regulations of the State Board of Education. The State Board of Education may prescribe standards for determining the place of residence of students and applicants for admission to community colleges.
