Section 6-651-A - Applicability(a) General rule.--This subdivision shall apply to school districts that satisfy the criteria for financial recovery status stated in section 621-A(a)(1)(i)(A). (b) Designation.--School districts that satisfy the criteria for financial recovery status stated in section 621-A(a)(1)(i)(A) shall be deemed "moderate financial recovery" school districts.
