Section 4-423 - Special meetings

Members shall have reasonable notice of all special meetings, and any board may adopt reasonable rules directing the kind and length of notice of the meetings of the board that shall be given to its members by the secretary.

No business shall be transacted at any special meeting except that named in the call sent to the members for such special meeting: Provided, That special meetings may be called for general purposes.
