Section 496 - Act made perpetual

The act of January 19, 1793, entitled "An act to revive certain powers in the justices of the supreme court, and vest similar power in the judges of the several courts of common pleas, in this commonwealth," reviving the act therein recited, of March 28, 1786, shall be taken to have been a perpetual act, and is hereby declared so to be, and that the perpetuation of the evidence of lost deeds thereunder, duly made, in conformity with said act and supplement thereto, is hereby declared valid.
