Section 4329.1 - Bomb threats

Whoever wilfully and maliciously causes the placement or setting of a bomb or other explosive, or threatens by any means the placement or setting of a bomb or other explosive, is guilty of a felony, and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars, or to undergo imprisonment not exceeding five years, or both.
