The following acts and parts of acts are repealed absolutely:
(1) The act of June 4, 1937 (P.L. 1625), entitled * * * [16 P.S. §§ 11501 to 11527].(2) The act of July 8, 1941 (P.L. 298) [16 P.S. §§ 11561 to 11589], known as the "Fourth Class County Retirement Law."(3) The act of August 5, 1941 (P.L. 803), entitled, as amended, * * * [16 P.S. §§ 11621 to 11647].(4) Section 1717, act of July 28, 1953 (P.L. 723) [16 P.S. § 4717], known as the "Second Class County Code."1971, Aug. 31, P.L. 398, No. 96, § 32.
