Section 7725 - Court to appoint deputy in absence of proper officer

It shall be the duty of the court of quarter sessions of any county to appoint a district attorney for the time being, in all cases where the district attorney shall be absent from the court, which person so appointed shall perform all the duties of the office until the regular district attorney shall appear in person to perform the same.
