Section 7625 - Certification and effect of new record

When said copy shall have been completed, it shall be the duty of the recorder of deeds of the proper county, to which such book belongs, to certify at the end of the same that it is a true and correct copy of the original, and to affix the seal of his office thereto; and thereupon the said book shall have the same force and effect in law and in equity as the original record would have had.
