Section 3301 - Petition to Superior Court(a) The boundary line between any two adjoining counties may be determined, surveyed, relocated or marked in the manner provided by this article.(b) Such a proceeding shall be instituted on petition of any taxpayer, the county commissioners or the corporate authorities of any political subdivision of either of the counties involved.1953, July, 28, P.L. 723, art.
