A convention center facility, or part thereof, may be leased or subleased by the authority to and from the county or county seat, and the county or county seat is hereby empowered to enter into leases, subleases, or both, for this purpose. A lease or sublease may be made for a specified or unlimited time and on any terms and conditions which may be approved by the county or county seat and which may be agreed to by the authority in conformity with its contracts with the holders of any bonds.
