Section 2306.1 - Authority to sell certain real property and personal property as a single unit

Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, whenever the commissioners determine that the continued ownership and operation of an institution for the care of dependents is economically unfeasible, the commissioners may sell the real property belonging to the county and being used for such purposes, together with all of the contents of personal property used in connection with and incidental to the operation of the institution, as a single unit. Any such sale of real property and personal property as a single unit shall be deemed a sale of real property only and need only comply with the provisions of this act relating to the sale of real property.
