Section 1754 - Fees of witnesses and jurors

Fees of jurors and witnesses shall be ascertained by the courts of the county entered upon the records thereof and duly certified by their respective clerks to the commissioners being first sworn to or affirmed before the controller or the chief clerk of the commissioners as the case may be.
