Section 1999k - Insurance.
(a) The commissioners may provide for such insurance as they deem appropriate on the real and personal property of the county, including, but not limited to, all grounds, buildings and contents, vehicles and information technology.
(b) In addition to any form of comprehensive, general or umbrella liability insurance, the commissioners may acquire insurance against any form of loss or liability, including crime, fire, natural disaster, errors and omissions of officers or employes, vehicle operation and use of information technology.
