Section 441 - Purpose; annual meetings
(a) The purpose of the respective State associations shall be to discuss and resolve the various questions arising in the discharge of the duties and functions of the respective officers, and to provide uniform, efficient and economical methods of administering the affairs of the counties pertaining to their offices.
(b) In order to achieve such purposes by cooperation, coordination and full exchange of information, each State association is authorized to hold an annual meeting at such time and place within the Commonwealth as it may designate.
(c) The association of county controllers, county auditors and the association of county treasurers, may meet in joint session with the association of county commissioners, solicitors and chief clerks, if such associations mutually so agree, but in any case each association shall have a separate session on at least two days of the annual meeting.
