Section 6324 - Failure to comply with provisions of subchapter(a) General rule.--Failure, refusal or neglect of any issuing authority or clerk of court to comply with any of the requirements of this subchapter is a summary offense punishable:(1) For a first offense, by a fine of $100.(2) For a subsequent offense, by a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $500.(b) Removal from office.--Conviction shall be grounds for removal from office. 1976, June 17, P.L. 162, No. 81, § 1, effective 7/1/1977.
