This subchapter shall apply to the extent provided under sections 2310 (relating to sheriff's commission) and 2311 (relating to limitation on creditor's attorney fees) and shall be not limited to mortgaged properties certified as vacant and abandoned under Subchapter A (relating to vacant and abandoned property).
