Section 8867 - Prohibition on certain levies

Notwithstanding the provisions of this chapter, the act of December 31, 1965 (P.L. 1257, No. 511), known as The Local Tax Enabling Act, orsection 8402(c) (relating to scope and limitations), no taxing district shall levy, assess or collect a tax on admissions to ski facilities after December 1, 2002.
