Section 9504 - State board of pharmacy
The board has the following powers and duties:
(1) Develop the form required by section 9505(b)(3) and (4) (relating to third-party drugs in long-term care facilities).(2) Publish a notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin that the form has been developed.
