Section 3513 - Required records(a)Records.--An athlete agent shall create and retain for five years records of the following: (1) the name and address of each individual represented by the athlete agent;(2) each agency contract entered into by the athlete agent; and(3) the direct costs incurred by the athlete agent in the recruitment or solicitation of each student athlete to enter into an agency contract.(b) Inspection.--Records under subsection (a) shall be open to inspection by the commission.Added by P.L.
