Section 3503 - Commission; authority; procedure(a) Regulations.--The commission may promulgate regulations to implement this chapter.(b) Agent for service of process.--By acting as an athlete agent in this Commonwealth, a nonresident individual appoints the secretary as the individual's agent for service of process in a civil action in this Commonwealth related to the individual acting as an athlete agent in this Commonwealth.(c)Subpoenas.--The commission may issue a subpoena for material which is relevant to the administration of this chapter.Added by P.L.
